- Accommodation and room type; what is confirmed and what depends on availability.
- Admissions, guides and activities included, optional or excluded.
- Price per person with traveller numbers, dates, taxes, flights and supplements clear.
- Contact and assistance before and during travel, with the scope in writing.
Compare proposals on the same basis. A lower starting price may leave out transport or visits you care about; a higher one only makes sense when you understand what services and conditions it adds.
