Ukiyo ("UKIYO").

2. Purpose of the site

This website provides information and consulting services for tailor-made travel planning, cultural experiences and destination advice. Browsing this website implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Terms of use

  • You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully, without infringing the rights of third parties.
  • Introducing malware, intrusion attempts or abusive automated use is not allowed.
  • We may limit or deny access if we detect use contrary to these terms.

4. Account and access

Some private areas (e.g. itinerary portals) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out with them. Let us know about any unauthorised access.

5. Bookings and payments

  • Personalized proposals detail prices, inclusions, exclusions and payment methods.
  • When payments are made through external gateways, they process the transaction securely; UKIYO does not store card data.
  • A deposit may be requested to secure availability.

6. Prices and changes

  • Prices may vary due to currency changes, supplier rates or taxes.
  • If relevant changes occur before the final payment, we will let you know and you may accept or cancel without penalty if the change is substantial.

7. Cancellations and changes

  • Cancellation conditions depend on each provider, including stays, transport and activities. They are detailed in the proposal.
  • We will try to handle reasonable changes, subject to availability and any price differences.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed using the same payment method.

8. Liability

  • UKIYO acts as a consultant/organizer and, where applicable, as an intermediary between the traveler and local providers.
  • We are not responsible for breaches attributable to third parties, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, such as weather, government decisions or strikes.
  • We act diligently in organization, provider selection and traveler support.

9. Providers and third parties

Some experiences are operated by third parties (guides, transport, accommodation). Their terms also apply. We will inform you of the relevant conditions when the booking is confirmed.

10. Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, designs, code) belongs to UKIYO or its licensors. It may not be reproduced or used beyond personal use without express permission.

11. External links

This site may link to third-party websites. UKIYO does not control their content and is not responsible for them. Use of those sites is under your own responsibility.

12. Data protection

We process data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable regulations. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

13. Cookies
